The recent elections and tomorrow’s celebration of our nationhood reminded me that I needed to post these photos that ilir took last year of Stephanie Thomas, who ran for State Representative of Connecticut’s 143rd District last year. ilir captured a variety of portraits for campaign web and print use, and some action shots of her canvassing. She was defeated by a very small margin but that doesn’t mean she won’t be back. We admire her for her determination to get out there and be the change she wants to see in the world.
Update: As of January 2023, we’re happy to report that Stephanie won the 2022 election and is now serving as Connecticut Secretary of State!
